Most people find Tajweed hard because they meet all the rules at once, in a book, without hearing them. In a live one-to-one class the order is reversed: the teacher recites, you copy, and the rule is named only after you can already hear the difference. That is the easy way.
The course moves from the points of articulation (makharij) and characteristics of the letters, to the rules of noon and meem sakinah, the types of madd, qalqalah, and stopping and starting correctly — each applied immediately in the surahs you are reading.
Anyone who can already read Arabic words, even slowly. Children who have finished Qaida, adults who learned to read years ago but were never taught the rules, and huffaz who want to polish their recitation all follow the same method at their own pace.
