Do I pay anything before the trial?
No. Every new student starts with free trial classes and no payment details are taken. You choose a plan only if you're happy with the teacher and the format.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Live one-to-one classes with your teacher, all learning materials, progress feedback for parents, and the ability to reschedule missed classes with notice. There are no registration or material fees.
Can I change how many classes per week we take?
Yes. You can move to a different plan from your next month — many families start with two classes a week and increase once a routine is established.
Is there a discount for siblings?
Yes, family discounts are available when two or more children enrol. Tell us how many students when you book and we'll quote a combined monthly fee.
How do I pay?
Monthly, by card or PayPal through a secure payment provider. We never store your card details. You can cancel any time to stop future charges.
What if we're not happy after paying?

Does a female teacher cost more?
No. Male and female teachers cost the same, and switching teachers is free. Fees depend only on how many classes you take per week.
