Class Rules & Family Policy

Starting Classes

Book the free trial with the short form or on WhatsApp. We reply on WhatsApp to agree class times in your own time zone and to match a teacher. The teacher checks the student's level during the trial and recommends a course and how many classes a week to take. You only pay if you decide to continue.

Class Times and Rescheduling

Classes run at fixed weekly times agreed with you, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so there is a slot that fits school, work and prayer times. The same teacher stays with the student every week.

• Need to move a class? Tell us at least 24 hours before and we reschedule it at no cost
• Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, count as taken
• If the teacher cancels or misses a class, it is always rescheduled or credited to you in full
• If a student is more than 15 minutes late without notice, the teacher may end the session and it counts as taken

Teachers and Supervision

Every class is one-to-one — never a group. You choose a male or female teacher when you book, and if your child does not settle, tell us and we will move them to another teacher free of charge. Classes are supervised for teaching quality, parents may watch any lesson, and a lesson can be recorded for you on request.

All contact with teachers goes through the academy's official channels. Private arrangements or payments directly with a teacher are not allowed — this protects students and teachers alike.

Fees, Siblings and Payment

Fees are monthly and paid in advance. The price depends only on how many 30-minute classes a week you choose, not on the course. All learning materials are included.

• 10% family discount from the second child
• Card or PayPal, billed in your local currency where available
• Cancel any time to stop the next month's charge; paid classes stay available until the end of the month
• We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change

Refunds

If you subscribe and change your mind, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund the whole first month. After that, payments are generally non-refundable, but we review exceptional cases — such as serious illness or problems on our side — individually and fairly. Details are in the Refund Policy.

Progress and Certificates

Teachers give feedback after lessons, and parents receive progress updates as the student moves through each stage. A certificate of achievement is given when a course is completed.
