Try Before You Pay

We would rather you never need a refund, which is why every new student starts with a free trial class. The trial requires no payment details, so you can meet a tutor, test your connection, and see how our classes work before spending anything.

We encourage every family to take the trial seriously — it is the best way to know whether we are the right fit.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe and change your mind, you are covered by our money-back guarantee: request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will return the full amount of your first month, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first paid month only, and it applies even if you have already taken classes during those 7 days.

Refunds After the First Week

After the 7-day guarantee period, monthly payments are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges and keep your remaining classes until the end of the billing period.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a serious illness, or repeated problems on our side that we could not fix — we may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of the month. These cases are reviewed individually, and we aim to be fair rather than strict.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple:

• Email hello@onlinequranlessons.com from the address on your account
• Include the name on the account and the date of the payment
• Briefly tell us the reason — feedback helps us improve, though the 7-day guarantee needs no justification

What Is Not Refundable

A few things fall outside this policy:

• Payments older than the current billing month
• Classes missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (see our Terms of Service)
• Charges on accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service
• Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider, such as currency conversion fees, which are outside our control

Processing Time

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method — the same card or PayPal account you paid with. Once approved, refunds typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or PayPal.

If a refund has not arrived after 10 business days, contact us at hello@onlinequranlessons.com and we will chase it up with the payment processor for you.
