Fee questions

Do I pay anything before the trial?
No. No card details are taken to book the free classes. You choose a plan only once you have seen a lesson and decided you want to carry on.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Live one-to-one classes with your teacher, all learning materials, progress feedback, and rescheduling a missed class where you give us notice. There is no registration fee and no materials fee.
Can we change how many classes a week we take?
Yes, from the following month. Many families start with two classes a week and move up once the routine is established, or drop down during exam season.
Is there a discount for siblings?
Yes, a family discount applies from the second child. Tell us how many students are starting and we will quote a combined monthly fee.
How do I pay?
Monthly, in advance, by card through a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Cancel any time to stop future charges.
What if we are not happy after paying?
Your first paid month is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee — ask within 7 days of that first payment and we return it, even if classes have already been taken. After that you can cancel at any time and keep the classes you have paid for.
Does a female teacher cost more?
No. Male and female teachers are the same fee, and changing teacher is free. The price depends only on how many classes a week you take.
